rice whole grains from brokens.
Polish Enhancers :- Fully automatic rice machines
to give lusture and polishto rice.
Regraders :- Fully automatic grading machines
to seprate finely and slightly broken grains found
after polish from whole grains.
Colour Sortex :- Fully automatic state-of-the-art
equipments imported from U.K. to sort out
the best and higly polished grains and produce the
highest quality standards.

This division consists of a continuous pea podding,
cleaning, washing, blancing, cooling and freezing
line and during processing the product is not touched
by hands.
De-podder
Fully automatic depodder of the capacity of depodding
12000 Kg. of pea pod per our supplied by M/s.
Frank Hemachek, Wisconsin, U.S.A. this podder
is very efficient and very gently depods the pea
pod without causing any damage to the pea grain.
Combined Cleaning Unit
The Combined Air Cleaning Unit supplied By M/s.
Key Tecnology, Walla Walla, U.S.A. the master
in vibration technology. This machine is very effective
in removing the trash the peel of the pea grain,
any other extraneous vegetable matter and unshelled
pead pods.
Drum Washer
The rod type drum washer supplied by M/s. Frank
Hemachek, Wisconsin, U.S.A., is the latest development
in the washing technology and through cleaning og
the product or the pea pod through this machine
the fragments and peel of pea grains is very effectively
removed from the product.
The inspection Conveyor
The 8 metre long inspection conyor which
transfers the product from washer to blancher gives
the free access to fully trained workmen to inspect
and segregate any damaged / defective pea grains.
Blancher Cum Cooler
The screw type blancher cum cooler supplied by M/s.
Lyco Columbus, U.S.A. This machine is fully
automatic having facilities to control the time
and temperature combination for cooking and cooling
of various fresh fruit and vegetables.
De-watering shaker
The cooled product is passed over the de-watering
shaker supplied M/s. Key Technology, Walla Walla,
U.S.A. This machine is very effectively removes
the excess free water from the product prior to
freezing.
The Freezer
The latest version of freezers developed by
M/s. Frigoscandia, Sweden the Model MX-32
is a fine piece of machine with multi-options to
the time, temperature, air velocity, the forward
and the backward movement of the product and is
highly effective in fluidisation of a product.
The Stroage
The deep freezer are made out of pre-fabricated
poly-urithene sandwitched pannels and the material
movement is mechanical. stroage in pallet racks
maintains efficient cooling of the product during
storage.
The Packaging
All packing operations are carried out under trial
temperature conditions of -3 degree centigrade to
-5 degree centigrade and the packing machine is
the latest state-of-the-art of technology comprising
of a fully comuterised multi head FFS machine
with metal detector.
